Up In Arms Tattoo and Piercing was founded in 2007 in the Pittsburgh PA area. Fundamentally based on exemplary customer service and solid tattoo work, we strive to give our clients a different experience when they come to our shop. Unlike most shops we treat people the way we would like to be treated, with kindness. At Up In Arms we wont write you off or tell you your idea isn’t a good one. We work closely with our client’s to come up with something that makes you happy.

Up In Arms is primarily a custom tattoo shop, but we love to do walk-ins and anything you can think up. We employ prestigious sanitary conditions and stay on top of recent changes in the industry. All of our artists and piercers are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to their craft. We strive to offer a calming sanitary environment for you to get your first tattoo or that custom piece you’ve been dying to adorn yourself with.
